Rock Climbing

Rock climbing is a physically demanding sport which is usually associated with the outdoors, but we at the Dublin Climbing Centre recreate the great outdoors — only indoors!

Mentally and physically challenging, climbing gyms test your inner as well as your physical strength, not to mention your balance and agility. Climbing tones and strengthens most of your muscle groups, increasing your flexibility, mental focus and it is a very sociable experience.

Here at the Dublin Climbing Centre we provide for the novice through to the experienced climber with lead climbing, bottom rope, bouldering, courses and introduction tasters for new climbers.
